Dynamic against indecisiveness and displacement activities
The desire to achieve something affects us all. But what keeps people from making decisions or acting once a decision is made? In the search for answers, Sonja Vandrei helps people find ways to go from decision to action and give themselves their own personal sense of achievement.
When making decisions, people like to let themselves be guided by what they can do and forget to ask whether they even want to do it. Therein lies the secret between a decision and the power to implement it.
Instead of asking what’s stopping you from acting, find out what you really want and use that to come to a conscious understanding of your typical decision-making routines. The resulting Aha! moment opens up the space where joy and energy for activity livesurprisingly clear and not at all what was expected.

Sonja Vandrei
Will needs reason, perception and imagination in order to make decisions and then act on them.
In my nearly 20 years of working in the corporate world, I’ve observed one thing: When there’s a lack of implementation following a decision, one or more of the above factors was not taken into consideration when the decision was made.
The results are indecisiveness and rash actions. Decisions are put off until one has to be made. The consequences of the rashness that results unnecessarily cost resources that, in turn, are not available elsewhere.
The main focus on my work is on the causes and effects. Recognizing these patterns and understanding them give my clients effective strategies with which decisive action is possible.
I’m Sonja Vandrei and I can help you on your path from decision to action, whether you’re a manager, an executive or simply an ambitious doer.
